Job Description

Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Norwich in their search for a new member of their highly productive and accurate, administration and client liaison team.

Kay Tasks include Audit processing (logging & filing evidence and related queries), Audit Reviews (reviewing and critiquing audits) and Client Liaison (supporting clients with overdue evidence or those who have failed).

Additional tasks:

  • Query escalation
  • General B2B liaison and support
  • Working towards team and individual KPI’s
  • Internal and external communication regarding technical matters/queries
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Submitting to quality and compliance checks
  • Updating CRM systems to support reporting and analysis

The ideal candidate for this post must have strong accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to focus and read large reports to offer critique and feedback, excellent communication skills ideally in a B2B capacity, IT competency and first-class administration and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity working for a successful and professional company offering a base salary of £27,000. It’s a full-time position working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and offering great benefits.
