One of Norwich’s most well-known entities is looking to build out its IT Support function with the assistance of a dynamic IT Support Team Leader. As this business goes through a period of growth the need for an experienced Leader is very much required to implement new processes, mentor and support team members, assist with the day to day running of their business service desk.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience either as a senior in the IT team or directly managing the service desk. Also, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude as well as having a flexible and dynamic way to working. We are looking for candidates to have experience in some of, if not all the following:
- Experience leading/managing a business service desk (1st & 2nd Line)
- Manage and deliver technical projects
- Work and communicate with a variety of business stakeholders
- Experience with onsite IT support
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP
- WAN / LAN
- Windows OS and Servers
