We are looking for someone to join our clients first-line IT Service Desk in their central IT team. They need someone who is passionate about customer service as they are about IT because their Service Desk is the first port of call for all IT queries, questions, and problems. It’s our team’s job to offer top-quality service, advice, and guidance as we solve technical problems.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP system.Shopify eCommerce website and a bespoke business-to-business sales system called Rockpool.Microsoft 365 for email, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Autopilot and Defender for Endpoint.Mimecast email security gateway.3CX telephone system.Windows 11 and Windows Server operating systems, both physical and virtual.Guestline hotel systems and tills.
