1st Line Support Engineer
Ipswich – Suffolk
£20,000 – £24,000
Are you interesting in working for a national leading tech business that is leading the innovation of telephony with cloud services? This organisations focus is to improve the use of fixed line mobile, cloud telephony to deliver reliable and effective communications who not only work within the healthcare IT services they now work within the retail, leisure sector as well. The main purpose of the role will be to provide 1st Line customer care support to their company and to clients.
You will be responsible for providing 1st Line support and customer care over the phone and within their ticketing system. You will need to ensure that all calls are logged accurately and promptly within an agreed timescale. Within this role you will be responsible for providing 1st Line fixes for the businesses customers where possible and if they cannot be dealt with then you will escalate these issues to the 2nd Line team following the companies process.
