Job Description

Are you keen to expand your career in IT or have some prior experience in a 1st Line Support role. This is an opportunity to work for a forward thinking and well-respected IT Managed Service Provider in Norwich. With a progressive approach to training their staff, it is in their ethos to help Engineers achieve qualifications to better themselves and their ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and logging tickets clearly, concisely and accurately, giving the caller reassurance their query is being dealt with professionally
  • Try to resolve as many tickets first time on the phone as possible
  • Become proficient in the use of the Company’s ticketing system, to ensure time is logged accurately and as much info as possible is obtained.
  • Build great relationships with clients so that they become familiar with and look forward to dealing with you
  • Create knowledge articles to assist with future incident resolution
  • Working as part of a team to help meet KPI’s and customer satisfaction
  • Keep our documentation system up to date
