Having specialised in Finance and Accountancy recruitment since 2004, Angie Atkinson has gained skills and valuable knowledge of the Accountancy market. Angie’s approach to recruitment is simple: listen and always do what you say you will do. From her experience, this combination works well for both client and candidate. Honesty, simplicity and knowledge make for a powerful combination for success. Angie has a unique passion and talent for understanding people on a personal level which helps her connect personalities, not just skill sets. When Angie is not working hard in the office you will no doubt find her cycling around the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline, or spending precious and fulfilling time with her family.

Graham Moss


Since starting his career in recruitment in 2007 Graham Moss has been passionate about understanding the intricacies of the accounting profession. Whether the role is at the start of a career or operating at board level, the impact of a great recruit is there for all to see. Graham is focused and determined to connect the requirements of both his clients and candidates, on a personal and technical level. Finance and Accountancy recruitment is not a science, but Graham believes that communicating with honesty and integrity will always lead to successful appointments. Away from the office, you will find Graham on a football pitch or on the golf course, showing little skill in either pursuit.

With over 16 years of recruitment experience in Norfolk, Will’s deep connection with the local market has allowed him to stay attuned to the economic pulse of our region, making it a great area to represent and recruit within.

His passion for recruitment, particularly in the senior finance market, drives him to maintain an open and honest communication approach with both candidates and clients. This transparency has been key to his success in supporting numerous senior-level appointments across the region. Will is committed to ensuring that the candidates he place are not only a perfect match for the role but also fit seamlessly into the culture and ethos of the organisation they join.

Outside of Will’s professional life, his greatest passion is his family. He is a dedicated husband and father to four daughters, and shares his home with two dogs, Lola and Nyla. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him enjoying time at the park, either walking or running after his lively crew.

Lesley Freeman

Lesley is a senior recruiter with over 20 years’ experience, working within various sectors. She is a firm believer in building lasting business relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike and consistently strives to exceed expectations. Honesty is paramount to Lesley and she believes her longevity in the industry has come from listening, understanding and getting to know both clients and candidates. It is these principles that have seen Lesley achieve a strong reputation in the HR, Care, Industrial and Professional Office Support marketplaces. When Lesley isn’t working, she is on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson travelling around Norfolk or Europe and enjoys spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.

Amy Edwards

Amy joins Atkinson Moss with 6 years recruitment experience specialising within the fast-moving Automotive Sector. Having seen strong progression within her recruitment career, Amy is now excited about taking her existing knowledge and immersing herself in the Accountancy and Finance sector.

Amy’s passion for delivering refined recruitment ensures she always puts her clients and candidates first at every point of the process. She joins Atkinson Moss with fantastic experience and the chance to become a leading name in a specialist marketplace is what fuels Amy’s ambitions. Amy believes that building and maintaining long standing relationships is key and feels that supporting clients close to home will allow her to really build meaningful connections for years to come.

In her spare time Amy enjoys long walks with her miniature schnauzer called Milo and going out for food.

Since 2013, Laura has exclusively recruited in Finance and Accountancy across Suffolk and North Essex across all industry sectors, specialising in developing the careers of newly qualified Accountants through to Finance Director. Her approach is always meticulously tailored to both the candidate and client ensuring that she fully understands their motivations and requirements. She believes building long-lasting working relationships with her contacts to be invaluable to the point where she now considers many to be friends. Her skill set extends beyond an initial shortlist with continual consultancy and advice throughout the recruitment process for both parties. Her passion for Finance recruitment is such that she will work tirelessly to find the perfect candidate or role, guiding and supporting from the first conversation and always keeping in touch!

Shaun Lohan

Shaun moved to Norfolk following the completion of his degree and was looking for a career that rewarded hard work and perseverance. As result, he commenced his career in Recruitment in 2017, specialising in the IT sector across Norfolk & Suffolk. His draw to IT recruitment complemented his fascination with technology and this allows him to build rapport with his candidates through common interests. Believing in full transparency, Shaun considers relationships are key and matching the right personalities beyond a basic skillset is paramount to success.

In his spare time, he plays Rugby for Lakenham Union RFC and playing computer games for too much.

Curtis Beardsworth

Curtis joins Atkinson Moss with over year of recruitment experience in both the healthcare and IT sectors. Curtis is passionate about recruitment and enjoys the fact that no two days are the same and the ever-changing market means there is always something new to learn.

Curtis wants to build on the knowledge he currently has of the local IT market and feels excited about the chance to positively impact the careers of IT professionals in Norfolk. He takes great pride in being available to support a smooth recruitment process and believes the key to this is developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. The goal is now to become an expert in technical aspect of IT recruitment whilst fostering robust connections to those look to him for support.

When Curtis is out of the office you will see him maintaining his fitness in the gym or running (when the weather is nice). He also spends time with his friends and family across the UK.

Safron Grothier

Having lived, worked and travelled around the world, Safron moved back to Norwich in 2020 continuing her career as accounting professional studying AAT. Despite having a successful career in accountancy, Safron recently decided she wanted a role where she can utilise her people skills to build relationships and help others. With that in mind, stepping into the world of accountancy recruitment made complete sense and the opportunity to help others find their passions, pursue their own goals and develop their careers truly excites her.

Safron completely embodies the cultural beliefs of Atkinson Moss and when not in the office you will find her out enjoying theatre shows, music gigs and those dreaded spin classes to burn off the cheese and wine. She is even teaching her rescue kitten Wilbur some new tricks including spin and high five!

Wendy Wakefield

Professional Office Support

With a passion for people, building relationships and making a difference, Wendy decided to make a move into the world of recruitment. Coming from a long-standing background in customer service, training and people management she has developed many relevant skills for her new sector.

She knows that communicating, listening and understanding her client and candidate needs are integral to success and will always work hard to achieve and over-deliver. Understanding the importance of transferrable skills coupled with her experience in call handling, office administration, customer service, team leading, sales & marketing, L&D and people management, Wendy can’t wait to recruit in the Professional Office Support division.

In her spare time she is Mum to Jesse who most definitely keeps her on her toes!  As well as spending time with family and friends she enjoys cooking and, when she can, tinkling the ivories.

Kylee Curson

Kylee joins Atkinson Moss with over 7 years recruitment experience with recognised expertise in Legal appointments across East Anglia.

Kylee is a passionate recruiter who takes immense pride in building professional and long standing relationships with her clients and candidates. For Kylee, is about truly getting to know the individuals and companies she supports on a personal and strategic level. Kylee feels she offers a personable and tailored approach which enables her to find the best talent for clients, whilst also meeting the career aspirations and goals of her candidates. She believes that honesty and transparency is key and with her knowledge of the Legal market, has successfully placed many legal professionals within Private Practice and In-house Legal teams across the region.

Whilst away from the office, Kylee enjoys spending her time being ‘Mum’ to her boy Archie and her two French bulldogs Reggie & Frank, as well as keeping active at the gym or exploring Norfolk’s beautiful coasts!

Caroline Sword

East Anglian born and raised, Caroline is one of our vibrant new additions bringing over six years of marketing magic to the team.
She kicked off her career as an IT Technician in 2015, but soon discovered her true passion lay in marketing, leading her to collaborate with some of the top agencies in the country.

Since joining our team, Caroline has been a dynamic force, turning ideas into reality and defining her role with her proactive approach. She’s our go-to mediator, ensuring every team member gets their moment to shine.
With her upbeat and supportive nature, she fosters a collaborative environment, while also leaving her mark on our brand’s evolution.
A self-proclaimed workaholic, Caroline has a soft spot for our office dogs and is easily persuaded to give them some belly rubs. Outside the office, she loves hiking in the great outdoors or, when she’s feeling more laid-back, diving into her favourite video games.
